Definition and Application

This kind of valve that is opened and closed through 1/4th of the round. This valve is mounted on service clamp or metal pipe for urgent disconnection or connection and receiving the water from the distribution network. Also, there is a possibility of providing and producing through PEX-AL-PEX couplings as well.

The place for used

It is installed outside the building on the service clamp connected to the water distribution transmission pipe.

Key points

In order to open and close the valve, the nut at the end of the valve should be opened first. Then, a slight tap on the cup of the valve is made and after the valve is opened, the nut is closed once again. The valve should be connected to the service clamp on the part on which the wrench is used. When the said valve is mounted, it should be noted that the service clamp threads should be Muller.
