Double Flanged Taper
Definition and Application
It is used to connect two pipes with different diameters. Flange standard according to DIN EN 1092-2. Dimensions standard according to ISO 2531. Casting standard according to DIN EN 1693.
Key points
Flat or patched rubber gaskets are used to seal the flanged parts. It enjoys bentoniti/primer/bitumen cover as per the order placed by customers to prevent corrosion. The consistency between flanged holes with large and small diameters should be observed.
